Hanger and I

I bought Scrubbing Bubbles’ automatic shower cleaner several days ago. I didn’t think I would buy this kinda crap, but I did. I saw one at Marc’s apt, and actually, his bathtub and walls were pretty clean! And Marc kept saying “oh it’s awesome!!!” So, I got it. I was so excited getting this one. But, one critical component, hanger, was missing from the box… Without hanger, I couldn’t hang my cleaner on the wall!! I was pissed, really pissed. So, I called SC Johnson’s, a family company (bullshit!), customer service and was ready to fight getting my missing hanger.

Lady: “Thanks for calling SC Johnson, how may I help you?”
Me: “Ah, well, I bought automatic shower cleaner, and hanger is missing (with super “I am pissed!” tone)”
Lady: “Oh, I am so sorry, I’ll send it to you right away.”
Me: “eh? Oh, okay.”

I thought I had to convince them to get my missing hanger, but actually, the lady I talked was really nice (and she was native English speaker!). She told me I would be getting hanger about 7 – 10 days. But, I actually got it yesterday. SC Johnson was a family company... Keep up good work SC Johnson! But, make sure you put hanger next time!
