Happy last day of Thanksgiving weekend! La la la~. Well, actually, I was so lazy geek all day today. I was playing PC game until 5am in the morning, and woke up 10am. Of course, I wasn't really functioning, so I just watched Dog Days marathon on Animal Planet. But, I had to wear jeans I bought yesterday, so even though I really really didn't want to go outside, I did go outside. It was cold like a mug, so I just went to the Borders for 5 minutes and came back to my room. I really don't like going to anywhere in the weekend here because people are everywhere!! Where all these people are coming from?? By the way, people are still asking me about my watch. Yes, I have a cool watch, and no it doesn't do anything.

My shopping days are continued!! Today, I went to downtown with Melissa because she wanted to get something from Urban. Today was not perfect day for shopping at all because it was snowing like a mug!! But once we started shopping, we were on fire!! We really didn't buy lots of stuff, but we sure did check lots of stores!! I had never shopped with Melissa before, but I had so much fun!! I really didn't wanna buy lots of clothes because i already bought lots of clothes in past couple day,but I ended up with buying clothes!! Aaaaaaaaaahhhh!! Oh well, I think I am pretty much done with shopping!!

It was snowing like a mug in this morning. I didn't go outside because it was really cold! But, I had to go to Trader Joe's to get some foods, and I also had to move my car. I parked my car on the street which is snow route. So, since it was obvious that snow was accumulated more than 2 inch, I needed to move my car! By the way, I bought inflatable spongebob at Urban yesterday. I think this is the best thing I bought at Urban!! I do want to live in the pineapple under the sea!

It was supposed to be cold day, but my room was fucking hot! Grrrrrr. I saw the news that IU students are going to be on the porn video, and IU police finished investigating about that. I think that's kinda funny. I guess IU is not only the best party school, but also sex! Yaaaay! Mmmmmm.

I was sooooo mad today because I couldn't use water at all! For some reasons, water was shut down when I tried to take a shower in this morning. I didn't take a shower last night because I had too much drinks. So, I had to take a shower. Grrrrrr. It is now back, but I was stinky boy all day today! By the way, I need an alcohol break.

Grrrrrrr. I am still working on my statement. Well, not really, but really. I have asked couple my friends to proof read my statements because I have so many statements needed to be proof read. Ooooooh, thing really makes me mad right now is one of my professors hasn't returned recommendation letters to me yet!! I emailed him million times in this week, but no email from him! Grrrrrrr. I am getting feeling he must hate me! By the way, I got TOEFL and GRE score back couple days ago. I did pretty well on TOEFL and score is the way above from required score by most of the graduate schools. But, of course, GRE.......bad, bad bad bad!! Fucking verbal! Surprisingly, I did ok on writing section, so I hope it helps to cover up verbal score....oh well.

Well, I think there is something wrong with my right wrist. My right wrist has been hurting pretty bad in the past couple days. I kinda realized that when I was working my statements yesterday, but I kept abusing my wrist! As a result, when I woke up in this morning, my wrist was hurting like a mug! I guess no internet porn for me until my wrist gets better! I went to Sam's club yesterday and bough wonderful thing, called Zoo Crackers. I love Zoo Crackers.

I am not sure if I can submit all applications in this week. I was trying to finish up everything, but I don't think I am finishing my statements. I just realized that for IUB, I am only allowed to write 500 words statement!! Who can write about personal/educational background, academic/career interests and goals, qualifications, and etc etc for only 500 words!! I was trying to make 800 words statement to 500 words, but I cannot do it! I hate IUB!! Because of this, I ate too much Zoo Crackers yesterday and today. I think I ate about 10 bags of animals.... I feel so fat, fatter than cartman!!

Yesterday, I went to UPS to pick up the box from k.c. He sent me this box last week, but I have been missing the UPS man and had to pick it up. I really didn't know what he sent me for my birthday and I was pretty surprised. He game me plates he owns which are really cool ones. Whenever I visited him, I always cooked with these blue plates because they were my favorite. Soooooo, when I saw these blue plates, I was so excited like a mug! Yes, I have more than enough plates already, but I really really love these plates. By the way, some people asked me what my wish list is. Here is my wish list. La la la~. I am finishing all applications! Yaaaaay!! I went to Kinko yesterday to make a copy of my thesis. I am sending my thesis as writing sample, so I can let admission people know I can write English! I picked my copies of thesis in this morning, and they cost me $50...... I am spending so much money for applications! Aaah, my GameCube and Xbox are far away..

Priyada and I went to Champaign to see David Matthews Band last night. I was not huge fan of the band, but she is. I bought tickets for her birthday gifts. I was kinda excited to see University Illinois, but the city wasn't really excited place to visit. It was exactly like Bloomington!! I though I came back to Bloomington! When we got there, I wanted to go to fancy restaurant because I like fancy stuff. But, we couldn't find fancy one, so we ended up with eating take-out Thai restaurant! I got vegetarian noodle soup and it wasn't good at all!! The concert was pretty good, but I couldn't stand that people were smoking inside even though smoking was not allowed! I was so mad like a mug!! Some people was even smoking pot! Oh well.

My PC is sick!! I think there are something wrong with the video card because the screen keeps flicking & darken. Grrrrrrrrr. I am not sure if video card is sick or my monitor. Well, I have wanted to buy new video card, so I think I am gonna buy new video card. I wanna buy ATI Radeon 9700 Pro, but of course, $399 price tag won't let me buy one. My choices are: Nvidia G force4 4200Ti, G Force3 Ti 500, or Radeon 9000. I also need to buy CPU fan too because I broke it yesterday!! Maaan, poor my PC!!

I am soooooo mad. Today, Matt and I went to the computer store to buy video card for my sick PC. I really didn't wanna spend lots of money, but I ended up with spending almost $200. Ugh. But, I got wireless mouse!! Yaaay!! Anyway, so after I came back from the store, I installed the card, but that fucking card caused my sick PC sicker!! It just kept crushing like a mug and I had no idea what to do! I downloaded new drivers from ATI website, but it didn't help at all. I was really really mad! Anyway, now, it seems to be okay. It took me 2 hours to stabilize my sick PC. Ugh.

AAAAAAAHHHHH!! New video card is not working right!! This stupid video card just gives crash hell to my poor PC! I was working on the all night last night and all afternoon today, but I still couldn't make this card work! I did pretty much I could do: updating BIOS, installing new drivers, checking others drivers, etc etc.... My PC really got unstable with this card, so I decided to switched back to old one!! I think this card is going to go back to the store. I hope they will take it back! After hours of madness, I needed to be clam down, so I finally watched the Lord of the Rings on DVD. I bought this movie 4 months ago, but I haven't watched it. I was kinda happy I made myself to watch this movie tonight. I thought the movie is really good, but kinda long & there was not really ending. I must watch the two towers in this weekend!

La la la~. I returned my fucking video card!! I wasn't sure if they take it back because I installed my PC once, but I got full refund. Yaay. Of course, I still had monitor problem, so I went to bestbuy to get new monitor. I wanted to buy LCD monitor, but they cost alot, so I picked FD monitor from Sony. Actually, new monitor is really nice. I am happy now.

Ugh. I have no money! Well, I kinda have money, but not really because I cannot buy gamecube. I really really wanna buy gamecube. Mario is calling my name. Since I cannot spend money anymore, I just stayed in my room all day today because I knew I am gonna spend some money if I go outside!! But but, I need to go to downtown to get my body shampoo & hair shampoo!! Mmmmmm, now barney's is calling my name.

A day before X-day. Of course, I don't care. If I were in Japan right now, I would care because in Japan, x'mas is like valentine day here. Guys make reservation at nice restaurant or hotels to spend special time with their girlfriends or boyfriends or whoever they are with. Since X'mas is family holiday here and there is no way I can be with my family, I don't care. But but, I went to downtown today to get something for Matt and Melissa because they have been good friends. Also, I wanted to buy a jacket for myself!! I knew what Melissa wants, so it was kinda easy to buy a gift for her, but I wasn't sure what Matt wants, so it was kinda tough to buy gift for him, but I did anyway. I was looking my jacket all over the stores, but I couldn't find anything I want to buy. All jackets I tried were the way too big for me. I want a jacket to fit my body, not hanging from my shoulder! Oh well, I guess I have to keep looking. After I got back from downtown, I went to Melissa&Matt's house to give gifts to them because they are leaving tomorrow. Matt was still working, so Melissa and I went to Target to get some stuff for her mom and others. But, we couldn't find a parking at Target, so we headed to North Ave. But we just stopped by there for 5 mins and came back because she couldn't find anything there. After we came back, we went several stores here, and she could accomplish the mission "buy x'mas gifts." Then, we got pizza and ate and had some beer and watched TLC. I was worried if Matt likes my gift or not, but he seemed to be happy with my gift, so my mission was completed!

I slept like a mug last night!! I went to the bed around 1am and woke up 1pm!! Oh well, since I have no plan for X'mas, I guess that's okay. Yesterday, I bought Audio Slave & David Gray CDs. I haven't listened to David Gray album yet because I keep listening Audio Slave! I liked Sound Garden and Rage Against Machine, so I really like this album. I like the song "Like a Stone." I can kinda relate to this song!! Anyway, although I don't cerebrate X'mas, I like Santa. So, I wanted to set up milk and cookies, so Santa will come to my little room. But, since I don't drink milk, I have no milk. Also, I am on diet, so I don't eat cookies. But, instead of cookies and milk, I put wine and zoo crackers for Santa. I have been a good boy in this year, so he must get me GameCube. If he doesn't, I will be so mad!!

Ho ho ho. Today is Christmas. It was kinda cool that when I woke up in this morning, it was snowing. Although I put wine and zoo crackers for Santa last night, he didn't bring me GameCube. Goddamn Santa! I guess I have to buy it by myself! I was gonna go out and take pictures of Chicago because Andrew has been telling me I should take pictures of Chicago. But, it was cold outside, so I didn't. I think I will do that tomorrow. By the way, for some reasons, I am just sleepy all the time. I cannot get enough of sleep. I think it's time for me to hibernate.

I was watching "call for help-a-thon" on techtv all day yesterday. The show started from 10am in the morning and ended 3am in next morning. Crazy show. It was kinda fun to watch 18 hours live show, but when I finished watching it, I was exhausted. I was gonna go to Sam's club and Target to get some stuff, but my car was blocked by the truck and couldn't be moved! Daaamnit! I was waited for an half hour, but that stupid carpet clearer truck was still there!! I will go and get some foods tomorrow!!

Yesterday, after I ate lunch, I felt really ill. So, I basically just did nothing! Yeah! I have so many things I want to finish. First, I gotta finish editing all videos I took this year. 5 hours of tapes are waiting for me, and I am not sure how I can edit them! Second, I gotta finish up playing Dragon Quest VII. I am playing this game forever!! Total playing time is already reached to 100 hours, but I haven't finished yet. Mmmmm. Third, I need to make achieve section for my logs. I realized that I have been doing this for over a year. I was impressed by myself! I am hoping finishing all of these things before new year. Mmmmm, I just realized that before I do all of these things, I need to get a job!! Hahaha, I am funny man. I really think I have been trained for doing nothing except studying!!

Jump jump jump!! I bought US version of Shonen Jump at Boarders today!! Shonen Jump is the best selling weekly manga (comic) magazine in Japan, and if you are Japanese, you have read this magazine at least once in your life time. Although I was not really into manga when I was a kid, I read this magazine several times because so many anime is from this magazine such as Dragon Ball. I had never bought Shonen Jump when I lived in Japan, I had to buy it today because I was kinda excited to see this manga magazine at Boarders! But, the U.S. Shonen Jump is kinda different from original Jump. First, the U.S. Jump is too thin!! Original Jump is huge and thick! Also, only five manga is featured in the U.S. Jump! I don't know why editors decided to include YuYu Haukusho because this manga is really reaaaaallly old. I am not sure if people buy Jump here because I have never seen someone actually reading comic book in the bus, train, or coffee shop!! In Japan, lots of people read manga magazine in the train or bus. We even have manga coffee shop! Since our life style is so different from American, I am not sure if manga magazine will be able to succeed here. By the way, it was really really hard to read the U.S. Shonen Jump! They implemented Japanese way of reading book which is the first page always starts from right page and continuing to left page. That's fine in Japanese because we read characters vertical (top to bottom). But, in English, you read characters from right to left. So, you have to open page right to left and also read right to left...very confusing! It was really really hard to read Jump in English!
