I always wonder about Easter. Why bunny? Why eggs? I know why, but I still wonder why. It almost makes me glad that I am not a Christian. I think some of Christian stuff are kinda silly, and very commercialized! In Japan, we do have religious events (which I even didn’t know it was religion based events until I grew up) such as Obon or summer festivals. But, you don’t have to buy chocolate or stuffed animals for sure (or even special Easter gifts to your love one!). Sometime, I get so fed up with all religious or whatever “special” days here in the U.S. American people find every excuse to buy or make someone buy gifts! Oooh, tricky! It’s almost like they have to have some “special” days because Christmas is far faaar away.

I did not play Oblivion over the weekend! But, instead, I played hell a lot of pokemon! I pre-ordered Pokemon Pearl and got Pokemon stylus. Yay! Well, this made me wanna play old Pokemon games, and well, I did. But, I still haven’t got “catch’em all!”

This weekend was pretty intense. I had couple papers to write, but I decided to ignore them until Sunday night. Instead working on the paper, I went out on Friday night and stayed up till 4am. Then, I was crazy enough to watch HSN after I came back home. Of course, I was so tired and not functioning at all on Saturday, but I did manage to watch HSN, again. On Sunday (meaning today), I was able to buy Nintendo Wii (finally!) at BestBuy. It was actually easier than I was expected. I saw Wii on the BestBuy’s Sunday ads, so I just went there an hour before they opened. I did not think I would be able to get it because well, I failed multiple times. But, when I got there, the guy from the store gave me a ticket and told me to come back on 10am to buy Wii. I was like “are you fucking serious? I am going to buy Wii today for real??” Well, yes, it was real. I bought Wii with $250 BB gift certificate I got from last year. Nice. I played Zelda for good three hours. Hooking up Wii with component cable is much better than using jus AV cable. Too bad Wii cannot output more than 480p. I am getting Pokemon tomorrow, so next couple weeks will be Nintendolicious weeks.

I really think it’s about the time. I must update this. I mean my site. I am actually in the process of immigrating my blogs to new blogs. Eh? Yeah, I have no idea what I am talking about neither. I mean currently, I am using Movable Type to publish my blog. It’s good stuff. I do like Movable Type a lot. But, MT kinda got sucky. I have a feeling they will start charging pretty soon. Well, they kinda do right now!! Eh, but not for individual use though. Anyway, I am getting tired of MT, so I installed WordPress into my site. It’s up and running, but I haven’t immigrated my old blogs yet. So, it will take sometime you would see the change in my site (because I am lazy). Also, I kinda need to learn about WordPress tags and stuff like that. I do not want to use default template, so I am making one (sort of). I wish I have more time working on this stuff, but I do need to work on my homework and stuff, so I have a feeling I won’t be able to re-do my site until this semester is over!!!
